For an extended family or a group of friends, the 3-storey property with elevator has distinct advantages: an enchanting sea view, a large garden with private pool and jacuzzi section , inviting sunbathing deck, BBQ area and outdoor shower, and a roof terrace for evenings under the stars with a view from above. Apart from the main living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, the lower level provides a second kitchen and dining area for various purposes.
Wherever you have 15 people spending a holiday together, chances are they will not all want to do the same thing at the same time. This is where this villa’s location is particularly valuable. Those who appreciate tranquility and privacy can spend the day around the pool, young children will love the sandy beach just outside, nature lovers can cycle to Cape Greco, and the party people can easily drive into Ayia Napa for endless daytime fun and evening entertainment.

The rate includes A/C, safe box, fridge, dishes and silverware, satellite TV, hairdryer, bath towels, beach towels, bath amenities, Wi-Fi Internet access (free of charge in public areas and in the rooms) and all legal taxes.

Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Early Check In / Late Check Out subjects to availability and is charged at 100% of the applicable night rate. Guests may check in to our reception office and can be escorted to the rented property or directly to the rented property.
Electricity Allowance Policy
Electricity Allowance calculation is 80kw/day for the villas <200sqm and 150kw/day for the villas 200sqm>. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh. Calculation is for the whole duration of stay.

Baby Cot is provided with extra charge of 8 euros per day.

Payment policy
A 30% advanced payment is required. Full settlement is 30 days prior the arrival.
Cancellation policy
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
The 30% of the total price is charged if the reservation is cancelled at least 29 days prior the arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior the arrival or less or no show then 100% of the total amount will be charged.
